Lapis Lazuli is the one resource you can never have enough of in Bedrock Edition. Every high-level enchantment requires it. Fortunately, Lapis is relatively common if you stick to a very specific depth.

The Lapis Sweet Spot: Y=0

In Bedrock 1.21, Lapis generation is centered around Y=0. This narrow band is where you'll find the highest concentration of veins. If you go deeper for diamonds, you'll see less and less Lapis.
