Redstone is a bit different in Bedrock Edition compared to Java (specifically regarding timing and connectivity), but the ore itself is just as plentiful. For large-scale farms, you'll need stacks of dust.

Deep Distribution: Target Y=-58

Redstone is a 'bottom-heavy' ore. It starts appearing at Y=15 but grows denser as you approach the bottom of the world. In Bedrock, the peak is at Y=-58, the same as diamonds. If you are mining for diamonds, you'll naturally find all the redstone you need.
